Dynamic Tape Product Review + Giveaway!

I saw this awesome Tape called "Dynamic Tape" and I just knew I had to try it!

What is Dynamic Tape?

"Dynamic Tape is a unique, strongly elastic tape developed by an Australian Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist which is used in the treatment of many sporting, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions."

Because I'm training for a marathon, I have not only aches and pains a lot, but also injuries. Injuries are common in those that are training for something. Sometimes, I am guilty of over doing it. At the time of this review, I am participating in a 30 day challenge that requires me to run 1 mile a day for 30 days. I am on day 20 and have yet to miss a day. The first 14 days wernt so bad, but then are started getting really bad shin pains. I made sure to stretch more than I did before, but I have a feeling it may be from over training. Now my ankles are giving me some trouble, but with just 10 days left, there's no turning back!

Dynamic Tape could not have had better timing in getting this product out to me for a review. I watched their instructional video and learned how to apply it properly. It was actually very simple to do! I felt a little intimidated because I have never had any type of training in sports medicine, but after watching the video I was worry free!

I love the tribal tattoo designing! I also love how it a skin tone color!

From the website I learned that you can wear this for 5 days AND SHOWER with no problems! Can you believe that? How awesome! I seriously doubt I would ever wear mine for more than 24 hours, but that's an amazing perk for the product!

Ok, so now the big question: Did it help?

I actually felt like it did. I felt a sense of "security" when I wore it and I felt like it was keeping everything in place well. It wasn't uncomfortable at all, and I felt like it took a bit of pressure off of my ankles. It didn't necessarily make the soreness go away or anything, but a few days later, my pain was actually gone and I was running comfortably again.

Have you ever heard of this product? Does it seem like something you'd like to try?
