About Me

     I am a mommy to 3, birthed 2. March 2013 and August 2015. One vaginally, one via C-section. I created this page to inspire and encourage others that set goals to live a better life. Recovering from a pregnancy is tough, and for some of us, getting your body back is even harder; At times, it seems impossible. Although this page focuses primarily on my marathon training, I want it to also encourage healthy lifestyles in general. On this page I include healthy recipes, great products, and tips & tricks that I myself have used or tried on my journey! I am always open to recipes, tips, tricks and advice! Let me know at
